Mr Lamb began in the industry more than a decade ago as a journalist and editor of Inside Waste magazine, followed by four years working with Hyder consulting as the National Business Leader for the waste and resource management team.

Throughout his career, Mr Lamb has worked with all levels of government, the private sector and individuals involved in the waste and resource recovery sector.

He has been a WMAA member throughout his career and in 2016 was elected as the WMAA NSW Branch President.

Executive Leadership Team - Strategic Projects

Tony Kortegast leads the blue sky thinking for Tonkin + Taylor in his role as head of Strategic Projects on the Executive Leadership Team.

Tony is a civil engineer with extensive business experience, having managed T+T's International Operations in Australia, Asia and the Pacific for many years.

He has more than 40 years' experience in geotechnical, solid waste and heavy civil engineering.

Tony's work has covered a range of project inputs - from concept development, to public and consent processes, and detailed design and construction management. Tony has worked in more than a dozen countries and provided specialist services to many high profile public and private sector clients.

Director and Chief Executive Officer, REMONDIS Australia

Director and Chief Executive Officer of REMONDIS Australia since 1 August 2005. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Fellow CPA.

Luke has over 30 years' commercial experience in CEO/CFO positions and has worked for TNT Australia, TNT Italy, Ansett Transport Industries, Private Equity, Exxon Oil, Nestle and Oroton.

Luke has a proven track record of accomplishment in growing listed and private businesses in Australia and Europe. His strategy and leadership experience spans Board Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain. Luke has a reputation for transforming businesses, building brands, establishing winning cultures, capturing stretch profits, evolving business models and creating industry leaders.

Recognised by Boards for a strong focus on the bottom line, he is renowned for driving efficiencies and capturing opportunities, thriving in multi-stakeholder environments.

E Bruscella Enzo Bruscella
Chief Executive Officer, Southern Cross Recycling Group

Enzo has over 17 years' executive management experience holding positions as Chief Executive Officer of two companies and a State Government Statutory Authority, and is a current Director for Keep Victoria Beautiful.

Enzo has qualifications in Civil Engineering with Municipal Engineering, Management and has a Masters of Business Administration. He also is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

A Faulkner Adam Faulkner
Chief Executive Officer, Northern Adelaide Waste Management Authority

After 10 years managing waste, energy, and resource recovery services for Tweed Shire Council, Adam headed up Hyder Consulting's VIC and WA Waste and Resource Management Unit, CEO of East Waste, and is now the CEO of Northern Adelaide Waste Management Authority.

Adam has university qualifications in science, engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration, coupled with 17 years' industry experience.

Founder of Waste Management and Environment Media, a business information publisher with a focus on serving the environmental services sector.

Ross has 15 years' experience reporting on and analysing the companies, people and performance of the waste and resource recovery sector as well as supporting industry development and WMAA.

In 2003, he launched Inside Waste Magazine, now the official publication of WMAA and the voice of the waste industry.

S Pollard Stephen Pollard
Chief Executive Officer, All Earth Group

As the Chief Executive Officer, Stephen oversees the day to day operations of the Group via delegated Board authority.

He has over 25 years' experience in all aspects of Corporate Governance, Financial Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning and OS&H. Been a Board Member / Director for over 20 years and combines a strong focus on delivery with pragmatic solutions, ensuring shareholder value and stakeholder satisfaction.

M Venhoek Mark Venhoek
Chief Executive Officer - Australia & New Zealand, SUEZ

Mark has significant global experience across the SUEZ group since joining the company in 1992, spanning the European, Asian and Australian markets.

Most recently, Mark led SUEZ's waste management operations across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, mainland China and South-East Asia.

Mark has previously held positions across Europe including Germany, the Netherlands, and Northern Europe. In 2004, Mark became CEO of SITA Germany, before being appointed Chief Operating Officer to the Group's Northern Europe division overseeing operational service activities across Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.

Mark is a member of the SUEZ Global Executive Management Committee.

G Webster Geoff Webster
Waste and Management Services

Geoff has 20 years' experience in the waste management sector, coming with a Chartered Professional Engineering background and senior General Manager Experience. He has a strong operations background with Strategic, Financial and OH&S experience, as well as experience in the field running day to day operations and driving P&Ls for a public company.

His experience also ties into the broader environment within which the sector operates, allowing him to understand the challenging political and economic space faced by the waste and resource recovery sector, and the diverse needs of WMAA members.
