Waste Educators Working Group WA

1. To be the peak professional waste education group within WA.
2. To offer support to WMAA members, government and stakeholders on waste education best practice.
3. To raise awareness of the importance of waste education throughout WA

1. To ensure that waste education is at that forefront of policy development and decision- making in State and local
   Government.
2. To raise the profile of education and its role in waste avoidance and resource recovery across government, industry and the broader community.
3. To identify and promote best practice in waste education and work towards achieving behavioural change.
4. To connect waste educators and share information and experiences.
5. To advocate for information consistency across government and industry waste educators and to ensure information continuity throughout industry and communities
