Guidelines for Sustainable Separation and Processing of Bin Collected Organics
In 2005 Compost Victoria, WMAA and Sustainability Victoria undertook a joint project to prepare the attached guidelines. They are mainly concerned with the management of contamination in kerbside collection services however they also cover issues relating to food organics collection, processing and general service design. This resource is useful for councils, collection contractors and councils around Australia and is free to download.
