Veronica is responsible for overall conference and event management, publications, communications and marketing. In addition, she provides executive support to the NSW Branch, and its working groups, the WMAA CEO, Board of Directors, Strategic Advisory Council and some National Divisions.

Lisa Dower - Business Manager
Lisa’s position includes financial management of the Association’s activities inclusive of budgeting and reporting - both internally and externally. She is also responsible for the management of the Association’s systems for membership, events and accounting, as well as office management and human resources.

Phung Vuong - Membership & Office Administrator

Phung’s role includes processing applications, renewals, updates and cancellations of WMAA memberships. She also runs monthly membership reports and assists members who have problems accessing the portal or various papers, presentations and minutes.

Sylwia Przybyla - Publications Officer
Sylwia is responsible for sourcing and writing articles for the WMAA page of Inside Waste, electronic notices, advertising and graphic design. Her role also involves the creation of various State Branch electronic newsletters, the National E-news, ISWA RDN newsletter, and the Resource Recovery Forum weekly bulletin. Sylwia also coordinates and organises advertising notices.

Alison Bonanno - Events Coordinator

Alison is responsible for the coordination and delivery of WMAA's program of conferences, exhibitions and seminars. This includes budgeting, venue research, preparation of speaker materials, exhibitor and sponsor liaison.
