Phung’s role includes processing applications, renewals, updates and cancellations of WMAA memberships. She also runs monthly membership reports and assists members who have problems accessing the portal or various papers, presentations and minutes. |

Sylwia is responsible for sourcing and writing articles for the WMAA page of Inside Waste, electronic notices, advertising and graphic design. Her role also involves the creation of various State Branch electronic newsletters, the National E-news, ISWA RDN newsletter, and the Resource Recovery Forum weekly bulletin. Sylwia also coordinates and organises advertising notices. | |
